Very interesting and surprising study on the safety of Montana highways comparing the time of no daytime speedlimit to the period since they re-implimented a daytime speed limit to "increase safety on the roads". Pass this along if you can to local media to get the word out - maybe then we can all drive on roads where the primary focus is traffic flow and NOT revenue generation.

That would put a lot of uniformed people out of work with poor chances of alternate employment.. reduce the growth in local government, reduce taxes, and aid in traffic flow. Not a chance it will happen.
