Yummy!
A couple of days ago on NPR there was a story about people in Peru harvesting something to make carmine, a natural red coloring that is used in food because of all of the uproar about artificial coloring.
Without looking it up anywhere, does anyone here know what carmine is? (I did, before hearing the story.)
I just noticed that my raspberry Dannon yogurt has carmine (for color, the label says).
Yummy!
