my new setup...front 18x8 +48 and rear 18x8,5 +45

you need more than camber, you need to lower it and get something with an aggressive offset, 8in et48 is far from aggressive/crazy as the thread would indicate

i think a basic rule to be crazy/aggressive offset would be AT LEAST requiring a fender roll front and rear to fit, no?

it's a rear reflector/fog and are standard on UK cars...
