There are hundreds of different combinations for what wheel and tire you can get with the overfenders. And yes you have to cut parts of your rear quarter panel out to fit them on.

I run 235/40 rear and 215/40 front on stock camber settings.

Here's a pic that shows it a bit better that the rear wheels is slightly concave. Fronts are not concave.
