I have to agree with nicigo on this one, because my clear also peeled off as well when I removed the painters tape off after painting but luckily only a inch of the clear coat came of unlike nicigo. I had to spray it with a little bit of clear coat to make the carbon fiber stand out again but Regardless of the extra clear coat I sprayed, there is still a miss match clear coat on my spoiler. The quality of the clear coat on the carbon fiber of my spoiler is poor but my fitment on my spoiler turned out good. Btw I like how you molded the spoiler to your trunk, turned out nice nicigo.

Looking at nichigo's pictures makes me sad cuz I really really like this spoiler... I wanted to do the top nfr with the bottom in carbon but looks like it will peel... Anyone have better luck or purchased recently. What about the rear diffuser? How are those holding up?

i'd agree, for the price it should fit a lot better, and the rear light brake light doesn't sit well in it's location..... it's a beautifully shaped spoiler however

Actually I feel like the quality is on par with the price. If you wanted a cf tamon wing you'd have to be ready to fork over $700. Asm duck bill is pretty pricey too I think like $700 for dry carbon.

I fully painted mine from day one and besides a couple fitment issues I never really was sad about covering the carbon.

Agreed. Even the tamon has fitment and quality issues from what I've seen

Are you referring to my picture? I actually had that area modified at the body shop because the slit wasn't completely smooth there

Even for that price, there's a certain minimum quality you expect. Even if it was $5, you don't expect the clear coat to peel off...otherwise, why even clear coat it?

I definitely agree that overall, it's great for the price. I, however, hope that people wouldn't be content with something falling apart...regardless of the price.

Tamon spoilers have perfect fitment, just very thin in my experience. could be thicker/more reinforced in some areas.
