If it is only these 4 then which ones go where?

they are hubcentric rings. the bigger ones should fit onto the rear and thinner on the front.

They are made to fill the gap between the standard hub size of aftermarket wheels, and the hub of your car which is different front and rear.

Yes, those are stock rear fenders. He might have them rolled. Not too many jdm companies offer aftermarket rear fenders. Beside C-WEST. To install a completely new rear fender is a pain in the butt and time consuming process. It has to be welded in and the convertible top has to be removed. In the case of C-WEST dry carbon rear fenders, these fenders have to have rivets bolt in to the rear fenders. Big $$$$
