BTW the wheel size I posted is a 19x10.5 +15, the lip size is 61.5mm or 2.42 inches

The wheels I'm going to run are 17x9 +45 lip size 56.5mm or 2.22 inches.

Pretty good size lip for the 17" non staggered. You can do a 17x8 +45 38.5mm lip and a 17x9 +45 56.5mm lip for a nice staggered look.
