^Do they also have a flatter face? Looks like the RZ's are more concave which I really like!

Yes, they're not as concave as the RZs until you get into the lower offset ones. The RZ spokes actually come outward further than the RS, giving it more of a concave "look" when they go back in towards the hub. That's actually one of the reasons why I didn't go with the RZ.
