To clean you have to acid wash them then polish the oxidation has to be removed if you want to polish otherwise your just polishing over the oxidation and although it might look good from a far up close its till hazy. I went up to ccw my self and had the owner show me using Busch mild acid wash you spray it on the lip and you'll see it doing its work you immediately spray it off with water really good the lip will turn extremely white don't be afraid thats normal after that you just use your aluminum polish anything will work I use chemical guys extreme metal polish and just apply and then take clean micro fiber and it all comes off looks brand new!
A lot of work a lot easier to take the wheel apart and send the lips to be cleared hears pics of mine i had them for like two years looking to sell if anyones interested!
