I'm going to make my own shiftknob out of delrin which is basically a very hard plastic, thinking it'll be like the razo. Buddy of mine made one for his zo6 and i really like the feel of it, and because it's not metal, doesn't get near as hot when sitting in the sun.

 

 

That looks a lot like a knob from a company called billet balls. They have a bunch of trick looking shiftknobs, and a lot of guys from nascar are running them.

Do u guys have to buy new shift boots to make the new shift knobs fit right?
