nahh... you get use to it pretty fast, not really a problem. My passengers always scare me though.

I find i tend to hit them occasionally getting in more then out, but I agree I'm also always concerned about my passengers hitting them and remind them.

what kinda hardware are you guys mounting these with (self tapping screws? etc) are you drilling pilot holes then screwing it in? and how many screws are you guys using per diffuser? trying to get all this info asap cause i wanna install them myself !!!! and i cant wait they been sitting here for 5 days now

My custom ones are mounted with 3M double sided tape to hold them in place, and then I placed about 8 screws at 7" apart from front to back.

Sorry for the bad pic, snow was brushing up near the front.
