It looks like even the poly lip with tape doesn't fit perfectly as I see there is a gap on either side of the lip where it turns into the fender well.
Eddie, did you get your lip prepainted? I notice the white color of the lip is a bit off from the car's white.
I still think the lip looks very pointed downwards. Especially from the first pic of the side view of the car. The lip isn't really aligned with the fender well.
I am starting to worry about that poly lip I bought in the GB.

yes, the white is a little off unfortunately, but was not prepainted by spugen.
it may look to be pointed downward a bit, but I have it mounted as high as possible to prevent damage. This is how the lip alignes, don't expect the best quality when you get yours.
The lip needs to be chemically stripped and then sanded with a special compound in order to get the silicone off (mold release during casting), otherwise the paint will not stick, despite adhesive promoters.

I've heard that the polyurethane parts can be heated and molded to the shape of the bumper cover. I'll have to ask a body shop about it, but I just spent so much $, that I'm hesitant to spend more
