Hahaha my bad! I've actually been on S2Ki since '04 but I changed my name, and the Z06 thing was my first reaction since I spend the other 1/3 of my day on DigitalCorvettes.com. (1/3 S2Ki, 1/3 Face Book, 1/3 DC haha)

here is the official Mag Blue Thread

Well, in that entire thread, there only three sets (my mistake by saying two earlier)... and those are the only sets I've ever seen on a S2K on this site or anywhere else. I bought Own3d's a few months back. They were a very limited run in S2K fitment also. If that doesn't classify as rare, I don't know what does. No big deal though... rare is sort of a subjective word anyway.

fail my ass, they look JUST like c6 zo6 wheels...

in fact, the ones pictured on the NSX look like the spokes curve outwards a little, and the chrome ones from the previous post look straight as a board.

The Mag Blue TE-37's are definitely a rare rim. I don't think any argument is needed for it. if you disagree, maybe you just hang out with a bunch of rich bastards that can afford them. I have only seen two sets of Mag Blue TE-37s in my life. Never seen any in Florida, and I do a lot of driving. And maybe there's an official mag blue thread because it is rare. I mean there's not very many pictures in there, considering the amount of people on this site. It's well below .1%, definitely. Just because they are still for sale, doesn't deem them common. How many people would you say you know, personally, that own a set of Mag Blue TE 37's???? I think enough has been said.
