J's diffuser looks like it hangs low as hell....can that be used on the street it will it b torn apart??

i just got my TS diffusor in. my car was rear ended and since my new Garage defend bumper won't be here for another 2-3 months i picked this up for now to drive around on till the GD bumper arrives... i also got the TS exhaust with it. i should have that in about 2 weeks. its beautiful. will look great with the CF trunk i got to match the rear up. when the GD arrives i am either going to dremal the TS to fit the bumper or sell it...
