It's a center cap off of a Mugen RNR wheel being used as a tow hook cover. They are held in using allen screws. They won't fit in the OEM tow hook opening.

Lol o well. I liked the price on what I paid vs the real mugen hood...

to your rich peoples

I'm actually thinking about going back stock visually. I went boost, so I want the stock look back...

BTW, here's a Mugen hood:



Take note of the shape of the last vent (smallest vent, closest to the windshield). Compare it to the one in your pic, you'll see that the shape is a bit different.
The air intake rise section of the hood is much smoother on the Mugen then the knock off's....
