So the sizes of the vents and the weights are the same?
the vents are totally different.

mugen hoods comes in fully dry carbon or fully frp
J's racing's Type V comes in fully carbon, half carbon on top with half frp underneath, or all frp

Have any of you painted the end caps on the Mugen SS wing? I think I've only seen one like this.

I'm considering picking one up and having the WHOLE wing painted Laguna Blue.

There was no drilling to mount my wing. Only very stong double side tape...and some body glue.

Get ready for some new pics...a la S2000GT.
I know it was a long time ago but how did that hold up. I bought another 04 silverstone trunk to mount mine

It did VERY well...I took it off in favor for the Mugen SS wing. However, the 3 piece is now on my wife's S2000....again with double sided tape and it's doing fine.

From this in '04:

To this in '05:

As is in '10:

...and the 3 piece in '10:

Ah , I see now. So you were talking about the three piece spoiler at the time? That makes more sense now.

Yes...only the three piece would work double side sticky taped.

You can get a new one from Kingmotorsports.

I would much rather try and polish it out with a plastic polisher.

If that doesn't work, it's cheaper to try to make one out of polycarbonate/Lexan.
