Wow that's pretty impressive. I was just making sure because I wasn't sure if the 'ram air' affect played a big role or not. I know the J's racing intake comes all the way down to the bumper grill, but the Mugen stops short.

Granted, that is with a tune also. I remember talking to a friend of mine umpteen years ago and he mentioned that specific spot in the bumper is a "high pressure" zone where it picks up cooler air. I'm sure it is similar to the K&N setup. However, I def think it does make a difference when you pair it with a Mugen/Ings/J's front bumper with a cutout Like this:

Gotcha. Yeah I was actually thinking about keeping the stock bumper for a while and I'm currently saving up for an intake. Was trying to figure out if the stock bumper would hinder the performance at all but doesn't look like it. Although the mugen intake would benefit from the aftermarket bumpers you mentioned.

Ordered my gunmetal GPs today, they have to be ordered so I won't have them for about a month, but they should be worth the wait.

Does anyone have any photos with a stock S2000 with the GPs? I'm trying to figure out if I want to drop the car at all and I'd rather have the springs installed when I have the wheels installed rather than do it at another point. I'm not interested in anything more than a 1" drop, but I'd like to see how bad the 4x4 effect is with the stock car and stock height.
