Jared, looking to do this as well. What fender/quarter mods are required? Also what size tires are you running? Id like not to have to roll fenders/quarters if possible, was thinking of a 10mm ichiba spacer with built in studs, thoughts?

SS wing owners...

I noticed that the wing stands come from Mugen in a very raw finish. They almost seem unfinished in some parts. I want to keep them silver, but I don't want to install them in their new/current condition. I was looking at the Mugen instructions, and in the section where it lays out how to paint/what to paint, it has an arrow and some writing next to the stand. I'm assuming it is talking about a certian silver to paint the stands? Does anyone know this color?

If it was me i'd go with 10mm spacers. you can always add a 3mm to them if its not enough but it won't rub like a 15mm might

Black is the fastest way to ruin the mugen wing stands. I think they need to stay silver. A flat silver would look best.

i just saw this sorry for the late reply.

if you run a basic 10mm spacer you will have to have extended studs pressed in.

if you run a ichiba or project kics spacer with built in studs the 10mm spacer will not clear the stock studs.
15mm is the bare minium to clear the stock studs with running the mf10.
