I did talk to the guy last night for about 10 min. He mentioned that he hasn't been able to get around because:

1. He just sold his car a few days ago and he just got another one (yesterday). So he was carless for a few days.

2. He coulnd't ride his bike around because it was snowing/raining (is that true? for the past few days?)

He couldn't e-mail me becuz his gf would not let him use the computer at her house. His gf doesn't like him going on the computer.

He did mention he's sorry for not calling me to keep me up-to-date of what's going on.

He seem really apologetic about everything. He promised to get me an MO issued today and send it to me. I did not abort the delivery of the item. I see that it has been delivered a few hours ago.

I guess I'll wait and see.

It HAS been raining pretty continuously since Monday here in NE Ohio. Last I saw, the bad weather covered a couple states in all directions, so that part of the excuse is plausible.

The buyer did call me today a few hrs ago. Told me that the MO got sent via USPS Global Priority (or Express, can't remember). So I'm guessing I should get the envelope next week.

Sorry to bust in on this thread, but this is the guy that bought the suit. To clear a few things up, since I don't want any broken legs, I am posting this... a few things which Calvin has already mentioned.

1.) The only reason I am on the internet now is because my girlfriend is sleeping.

2.) The reason I wasn't able to reply to email is because I do not have internet access where I live. The only time I can get on is at my girlfriends or work. My girlfriend hates when I get on her computer instead of hanging out with her. Also, Last week was teh last for my co-op job.

3.) The reason I wasn't able to reply to sportbike.net messages is because my account somehow got screwed up on there. It says I have the wrong password, but the email address I registered with is from work, which I am no longer able to check. I have tried to find admin email, but can't find it.

4.) I was only able to email you so frequently previously because I was at work, in front of a computer for 40 hours a week and had access to the internet.

5.) I sold my car 2 weeks ago, and had been carless for the entire time that I was supposed to get the MO. I would have taken my bike, but the weather was crappy. I was completly dependant on a ride to and from school. Luckily my girlfriend and I have the same major. I also at this point was only weating once a day because I don't have any food at my apartment and could not go anywhere.

Once again, I apoligize for the delay, but there were things out of my hands. The thought of screwing you out of your money never crossed my mind. The money order was sent today.

I just want you to be sure that you understand that this thread is not a threat to you. It's just a place I can turn to where there are some people that are local to you that could help me by approaching the situation in a professional and civilized manner. As I've mentioned on the phone, I was pretty much worried shitless for the past few days, not knowing what's going to happen. At least things have been resolved now. You're happy and I'm happy and that what counts.

I guess all the reasons that you've given, I am not doubting them. Sometimes, shit happens and life's never fair.

On a side note, it doesn't seem like your account on sportbikes.net even exist anymore. Guess the upgrade that the moderator did the past weekend really screwed things up.
