Looks like it has ap1 door panels so my guess would be it had its seats and door panels stolen. If that's the case seems like a good buy if you're planning on keeping it.

15k though..

for 19k, there is an '04 silverstone with 38k. OEM front lip and rear spoiler. Swift springs, HKS exhaust, 18" TE37s for around $20k. He also has the OEM wheels with OEM tires, I think an extra set of rears, and all the stock parts. If you want to get the price down, sell all that stuff and the price drops into the $15~$16k range.
