Default Day at the range....

I shot down to C-bus for a bit on Sunday to go to the New Albany Gun Club with Andy....we went through 250+ rounds between an H&K P2000, SigSauer 228, & a Rem870 12guage w/ tactical setup:

Looks like good times. That's where my wife and I take family members or friends when they visit. Last time we rented a 50 caliber desert eagle just so we could laugh at my brother-in-law's reaction when he shot it. It was priceless, wish we had a camera with us that day...

Are those your guns or rentals? Looks like you all are pretty good shots.

We just got a new Sig 229 DAK a few weeks ago; nice piece, but we need to get out and break it in.

no, both handguns are mine and Tim brough his shotgun. Talk about kickback. Holy crap. I bruised myself shooting that sucker.

Talking about rental guns, they got MP5 fully auto you can rent.

Nice - that exact shotgun is next on our wish list, followed closely by a Sig 228 DAK. How do you like the Remington, Tim?

The same day we were there with my brother-in-law we also rented the MP5 and the AR-15 just for kicks.

A few years ago, an old country lawyer friend of mine from West Virginia who is also gun collecter encouraged me to buy a couple of fully auto MP5's from him as an investment. I was still in school at the time and of course didn't have the $5,000 he was willing to sell them to me for. Needless to say those are now selling for between $25k-$30k. Now that I have a little extra money I called him up to see if he was still willing to give me such a great deal, but he's now a convicted felon (election tampering and mail fraud) so all of his hundreds of guns are in trust for his 13 year old kid since he can no longer "own" firearms...

You knobs. If you had called, you could have given my AR15 a test drive.
