I can certainly give it a shot. I'm not a graphic artist, but I play one on the computer I thought about an element that represents NEO, but there really isn't anything that is a striking, recognizable symbol for NEO. The Millenium Force, the Football Hall of Fame might be recognizable in that small format. What do you guys think? People might recognize the outline of Lake Erie if it was connected to the other Great Lakes... Perhaps the blimp? I'm just tossing out ideas here.

The picture posted, although nice is really dark and wouldn't blend well. I found a lighter picture and this is what I came up with. The image size is 88x39, which is close to the size we need. It's hard to maintain detail at that small size!
