I stopped working out about 1.5 yrs ago....my body needed a brake as did I .....I hit it hard 6 days a wk for 7 yrs with only a 3wk break when I ripped my achiles tendon out of the back of my leg...then i went back on crutches....it was part of my life, a BIG part...i had to force myself to eat around 8-10,000 calories per day...including waking up in the middle of the night to eat.....I will get back but not to that extent....I have a full cage, squat rack, smith machine, and free weights....here was me at almost my largest I was usually 190lbs with apprx 6% body fat @ 5'8.5"
