My house was built 9 years ago, and unfortunately the garage has been a neglected area as it is in many homes. I finally decided that it was time to do something about it, and I started on the project late in December. It was originally supposed to be a

Owens Corning garage door insulation kit (x2) They sell them at Lowes for about $69/kit.

Looks outstanding!

I felt the same way after doing mine. It took so much to remodel it that I don't think I could sell the house...ever!

EDIT: I saw your post included the BTU rating for the heater. Good stuff!

Great job. I love that heating unit, would be a great thing in my garage but I don't have a 220 line out there and it would be big $$ to get one out there. I'm guessing they don't have any that run on 110 but will check it out. Do you have water in the garage (I didn't see any nor a drain) or do you plan to wash outside then bring in to finish? T5 - great move you will love it. IKEA cabinents - another great move.

Last question - where the hell are all the bikes and balls and lawnmowers and shovels? Let me know if you need some of these 'accessories' as I'd be happy to ship some down.
