I went out for a little fun tonight up in an industrial park in Avon Lake. There really wasn't that much up there, and I never broke 60, just a few E-brake turns and some slides, due to limited space and my fear of the po-po.

So does anyone else know anywhere else thats deserted & secluded with lots of asphalt, or do you just wait for autox and open track?

 

ummm....one word for ya. Autocross! Please for you and your car sake.

If you wanna pull your e-brake on some property, do it on an autoX course, not in my city.

Twonius, seriously, find an autocross. They are almost every weekend. It is what you are looking for.

ha. My church parking lot. huge...out in the middle of nowhere...but drifting is limited to parishioners only.

I've never done a donut in the S, no reason to put the car through that considering that it doesn't serve any purpose...I'd prefer to take some twisties at a descent speed ........... besides, i thought donuts were an 80's mullet thing

 

oh, absolutely. out in a willowick giant eagle parking lot...until I got surrounded by 3 cop cars.

On euclid ave/e9th....but got pulled over by a motorcycle cop.

in a solon industrial park....got pulled over there too.

I guess some authorities see it as reckless, so we have to confine it to closed events or private parking lots.

 

60 mile an hour around Brainard circle in Pepper Pike. Kept going around an around and around. This roundabout use to be my skidpad until the a Pepper Pike cop stopped me and asked "What are you doing?" Since I lived there at the time he told me to just go home. A couple weeks later he got me again, but I was going the wrong direction. I had to test the car going the other way ya know! He was not happyto see me the second time, but still let me go since it was about 2:00am.

Even when I visit my folks, I can drift Tahoe around that bad boy!
