this IS the ohio s2k club..
nope... just here and the darkside

you live in mayfield?
there are 3 s2000s that drive around the area all the time.
(i work right off of wilson mills by the 271 exit)
hm ru a progressive employee? thats a large employeer in that area...
i've seen a guy with a modified white s2k convertable around the area, often i see a lot of women driving them in some more upper class areas around beachwood, pepper pike, orange...etc.... i guess people who can afford a porsche consider it a great bargain/alternative? (well at least thats how i thought of it )

also btw, im a web designer/developer, id love to put up an all ohio s2k site if there is interest in having one....

there used to be an all ohio site a few years ago and it went away. i forgot what it was called..it was 2 years ago, i think.

drive down 271S towards the wilson mills exit.. you'll see my car parked outside.. you can see it by the freeway.

there are at least 3 silverstones in the pepper pike chagrin falls area (2 Ap1s 1 Ap2)...there is are at least 2 spas that i know of out there as well.
yes, btw..they are all housewives

PS. I guess you can consider an S2000 a Boxster alternative... although i still rather have an S vs a Boxster

thanks for the welcome guys

in case anyone is curious i am right now driving an 05 scion tC as my daily driver/ sporty coupe/ compromise car (it seems to fit in terms of functionality and driving fun for the price). the s2k has kind of been a dream car for while, hoping i can make it a weekend fun car reality!
A scion tC huh? We had one of those (Derf from Michigan) at our last S2K trip to the Dragon at Deal's gap. Kept up pretty well, actually.

Welcome, steveX. Any relation to RacerX?

yea 160hp/160 lbs torque rating isnt too bad for a sport compact coupe thats pure priced at $16,7k (large accessories catalog will of course make that higher .

the engine is the same 2.4L vvt-i as the toyota camry. there are a lot of nice touches like standard power everything, stanard glass panoramic room/ sunroof, standard 17s with racing hart wheels...etc

its a great compromise for someone whos looking for a cheap/reliable daily driver but still wants to have fun while driving...

(no relation to racerX....)
