So I've started working on my little JDM headlight conversion project and have some questions.

I've been in touch with Muz - he's getting the sockets for me. Does anyone know if our bulbs will work in the JDM sockets? I have the chromed set from Ricks, which I'd like to use if possible. Muz quoted me both sockets and globes and I'm trying to figure out if I need the globes/bulbs from Japan too.

Did muz state if it is just the park and directional sockets that are different and the HID and high beams are Ok? I wouldn't think that that bulbs would be different, but I could be wrong. (slight chance)

 

Bulbs should fit..

 

I found a thread in the JDM tuning board where someone said the HID and high beam sockets fit, it was just the outermost park and directional sockets that did not.

 

PM Moyoyopo? He is oneof the mods in the for sale forum. I think he had or has these on his car.

Yip, they finally arrived!



Turns out the turn signal bulbs are different. Board member BNB had an extra set that he let me have which was really cool of him.

Still waiting on the JDM clear side markers. I decided to get the Honda parts from Muz also.

'Cause once you go JDM, you never go back. or something
