Wow, that is some seriously messed up shit! I am very glad to hear that the officer did not suffer life threatening injuries. Let's hope they throw the book at this driver. The only good we can take from this is to just use this as another reminder of why extreme driving needs to be done at the track.

I would really hate to see one of you fellas in an accident just because we were driving too fast to get to and from an event. I agree with Rich on this one. If we kind of ignore it, no one learns anything. I know this story will be on my mind during the next trip to an event...
