I am not liking the new Laguna Blue on the S2000. This same color is on 350zs and Scoobys. It doesn't work well on the S2000. Suzuka is much better.
Hey Andy, there was a Civic Si open to look over. You must have missed it. The shifter felt tight, but the throws were longer than I expected. And that dash will take some getting used to.
Audi, damn the new ones are ugly. I really liked the BMW 550i. The sport package makes the banglized molestation look good.
I also liked the Volvo C30. I wonder what will be under the hood? The 1-series and A3 coupe needs to come to the US too. Why were the volvo people wearing turquois suits? It was like Disney World
The Cayman looks too much like the Carrera.
The Camaro looked a bit better in person, but I am not impressed. It looks rushed together. The Challenger has it beat. It also helped that the Challenger was red/orange.
I learned that wearing a suit to the auto show will gaurantee everyone will ask you for directions. "No, I don't know how to get to the parking garage and I will not get you a feckin drink."

I disagree. There are more similarities than differences. Price? you get what you pay for. Put them both next to that bastard Cayenne, then we can talk.
Here's a picture of the Geely, which was in Cobo Hall Lobby during preview days. It is to go on sale in the US in 2008, reportedly for less than $10,000.
This car could deal a fatal blow to the domestic auto industry. The quality of the vehicle is currently quite poor in China, but they have a few years to iron out the bugs.
