Tim... They were $130. including shipping ( Two-day ) from Michigan! All stainless steel. They work "Flawlessly" I really considered the "Tein" but I just couldn't bring myself to "Green" with my "Red" scheme. I found these on the web and their customer relations, was out-of-this world! They include a four page color installation packet, that is so easy, a first grader could do it! They explain and show everything about them on their site. http://www.redlinetuning.com
I ordered the "Elite" series. Come with black, powdercoat brackets. I painted mine Silverstone, to match! Then I touched-up the rivets. Looks like they came OEM. Hope this helps, and I am very happy with the purchase!

You have to drill 8- 3/16ths inch holes, to mount the brackets. Very sturdy. I was reluctant at first about doing so, but what-the-heck? Visit their website. It tells "ALL" !!! Simple install! took an hour. I painted the brackets to match my "S" the night before, but they don't have to be painted. They come black powdercoat.
