NAIAS
Every year since 1992 I have been making the trek up north to the Detroit Auto Show. If have never been, it is THE BEST display of automotive technology, design and innovation you'll see in the Mid West with Concept cars out the wazoo. The Columbus Auto Show does not even come close. In fact, after going to this show, you likely won't even bother with the Columbus Auto Show.
Over the years, I have learned NOT to go on the weekend. It is a mad house!
I usually go on Mondays or Tuesdays. This usually means taking a day off from work, which is worth it to me. However, this year I decided to take the trip on Monday January 17th (Martin Luther King Day). It is possible that some of you have this holiday off already.
This trip is easily done in one day, leaving around 7 am and getting back in town around 8 pm. Tickets this year are $12 each.
The following are preliminary arrangements in the vehicles. We may change it up a bit depending upon needs and who wants to drive. Also, we will be picking up SanMarinoCpe in Toledo on the way up.
List of Attendees (10):

Nate, I remember meeting you at an S2000 meet at B-Dubs off Avery, back in 02. You work at Honda, right? And I remember your blue WRX. I had one of the Spa Yellow S2000's.
Tuesday is our day too. I have talked to a few people and that seems like the best day for us. Perhaps we could all head up together.

yep, that was me...
I still have that car (looking to sell it actually) and I've had the S2k since May of 2003. The two guys here I know the best are Dave and Joe.
I'll probably be going with my fiance and another friend and his wife. We'll all play hookie that day.
I'll probably just end up seeing you guys at the show. If I didn't have a full car I'd offer to drive because work pays for my ticket, parking, and gas to go

Reminder: NAIAS is one week from today.
I updated the Attendee list in the original thread (above) and tried putting people in to cars together.
Again, we are meeting at the McDonalds on Route 23/Columbus Pike near the corner of Powell Road/Polaris Parkway at 7-7:30 am. If you plan to eat breakfast, get there closer to 7am.
If you want to drive, please post that and I'll try to match you up with riders. Those that want to ride, there should really be no problem parking at Kohl's; it's a huge parking lot.
