Default Needed: Bra for 2004 S

This is a last minute deal because I never even considered this. I'm flying out Tuesday to pick up a 2004 and drive it back. It occured to me TODAY that a bra might be good!! I know, I know.....

Anyway, does anyone have one they would sell laying around? I'll come get it.....

I don't really want to borrow one. Everywhere I've called this afternoon says they can't put one out the door tonight or tomorrow and get it to me Monday night. I don't really like them, but for 5 days driving through the south, I think it would make sense. Thanks,

Pete

It'll be cheaper, and add some bling y0 effect to your newly acquired car.

I have a bra for sale that will fit a 2004, but is made for the AP1. Been used once in a circumstance like the one you're in. You can cover the area's that aren't protected with the bra with tape used at AutoX.

Let me know if you want it.

S2K BDub:
Where are you and how much?

By the way, I don't know the difference, rookie that I am, between a AP1 and a AP2. I'll hurry and research that now so when you guys tell me I can say I already found it

Seriously, thanks for the offer. Just let me know,

Pete

EDIT: I knew the difference between the 2000-2003 and the 2004-up, I just didn't know AP1 & AP2 was the nomenclature. What does AP stand for?

It's in the VIN code. The first letters are the Japan mfg code, followed by AP1 for 2.0 liters, AP2 for 2.2s.

i think blake (s2kbdub) is talking about painters tape.. (the blue stuff).
blake's in columbus.

if you can't get a bra for the car in time, that would be another option to consider.

Ahhh.... I hadn't thought of that. Well, has anyone used that? I guess if I did I would peel it off every night and go with a fresh coat each morning, eh?

I wonder if the rain would make it more permanant if I didn't take it of right away?
