I live in Sylvania Township, just West of Toledo. I am right off where 23N and Central Ave meet.
And yeah, the wind up here is brutal as all hell. And it is always blowing in your face, no matter what direction you are facing.
As for the smell.... that would be the STD's breeding in BG. BG is the STD capital of the US.
