Default Rain!!!

Well, we finally got a good general rainfall for the area and most of the salt should be washed away for those who have been waiting to take their Ss out from storage. May you all safely and carefully as we begin a new season under the . ROCK ON!!!

Agreed. But they are mentioning the S-word for tonight. Bummer.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. The ground is warm and it probably won't stick. So, hopefully, they won't have to lay down any salt (finger's crossed).

You are correct. Great race today at Bristol for the Busch series. 160,000 people in a stadium with a 1/2 mile concrete highly banked oval. 12 cautions. Sweet!

I gotta start watching the Busch series. I know it's exciting as Winston Cup just more drivers I don't know.

Agreed. And 1/2 the fun is knowing the drivers and the personalities. This is the "feeder" series to Cup so it's fun to watch the young guns come up through the ranks.

I have to admit, I've seen Nascar on tv my whole life, and I have never gotten into it. I watched the Daytona 500 a little bit, but I get steered towards Formula One every chance I get. If not, on Speedvision, I catch some European racing, Rally, etc..
Today was way too cold for me to dig the s2k out. i couldn't even lay down another coat of wax...still too cold...
