Default Replacement for Motomotion?

OK guys, I've been trying to get into Motomotion for six weeks.

Their new facility in Maple Heights doesn't have a lift that allows for lowered stock cars, or lowered cars. They've been trying to get it installed.

As of my last call, which was last week, they have suspended all installs for the foreseeable future.

So I need a replacement facility that does aftermarket wheels well. My experience is that the big corporate facilities (NTB, Goodyear, etc.) shy away from specialized installs so those are out. I'd prefer on the East side. I need new tires for my CTS-V and after a terrible experience involving my aftermarket wheels at the Cadi dealer, I won't have tires installed there.

Any ideas in the Cleveland metro? I had my S2000 tires installed on aftermarket wheels at Jay Honda (Jeff), but I can't very well bring the V over there.

It's a bit of a haul for you but I used these guys, and I'll use them again when the rears on the stock/track tires go and I have to replace the RE70s

I had them put my Direzza's on the CE28s I have and I know Marc (Ap2Marc) had his Volks done there as well.

The Firestone at the Richmond Mall is managed by a NORA Autocrosser.
His name is Dave Levey, 440-461-4747 (he drives a Z06 but don't hold that against him)
I haven't used them yet, but, you might give them a call and see if they can help.
There are two Firestone right across the street from each other there, his is the one at the mall.

Thanks for the recommendations. I will look into both of them. I don't mind the drive to the Richmond Mall, and I can bring the wife and shop with her (I mean, watch her shop! Hehehe). I heard those guys do good alignments as well.....Dave Levey's name sounds familiar.

Thanks for the recommendations.

After more research, I decided to try the Firestone at Richmond Mall.

Cliff's: I recommend!

I called ahead to speak to Dave because of my particular situation. My aftermarket wheels are unusual in that they now have the valve stem on the inner barrel. This was part of the dealer issue noted above and is a life lesson learned on my part.

Any case, he indicated that his staff was up to the job.

Went there today with new tires. He actually inspected my wheels before install...I didn't have to ask him to accompany me to do this! He suggested it on his own before I could. While he does it to protect himself and staff, I also see this as his being detail oriented, something I appreciate in anyone working on my car. I knew I was in good hands at that point.

Install went without a hitch. No problems, balanced right the first time, no wobbles at freeway speed, and so far, no leaky valve stems. Further, I like the Hankook V12 evos on the V....95% of the stock Michelin PS2s......1/2 the cost. I'll try them on the S2000 next.
