Default RL or TSX?

I've decided to to leave a job in the coming month(s) which has provided me with a company car for the past few years. While the move will positively impact my carrer & income, I will no longer have the company car. It's certainly a possibility I will receive a company car again, however, a few companies I'm looking at upgrading to - offer car allowances in place of providing a car. With this in mind, i've decided that if I receive the car allowance, I would like an 04-05 TSX, or an 02-04 RL - something along the lines of 18-23K, relatively low mileage. Do you have any Recommendations/advice? Because it will be a car i'll be running the wheels off of, these are the two cars which are semi-nice, and reliable/dependable. Any comments or advice?

I like my Lexus IS300. What about a TL? I guess you could not find a TL for 18-23.

It doesn't have to...would just me more functional for samples / clients in the back seat etc. TSX just seems smallish to me - any other cars I should look at?

I am down in Columbus and Lindsy Acura always has a lot of these in stock. A friend of mine I work with picked up an 02 late last summer for 20,500.00 (after negotiating) with 33k miles on it. Black type S with Nav, certified and had new brake pads, tires, and a new windshield. The car was in very good shape and very clean. Lindsy really goes through the cars and will show you what they have done to the car.
