It's all for the best but it's still sad. Unfortunately it's got to be done to build the next house. I have a dedicated shop/garage to look forward to with the new place and yes, it will have a lift. New place will only be about 5 miles away but it's on 6 acres instead of the 0.6 that we have now.

Need to put all the car payments towards the land/house/etc... The WRX was cheap because it's already got 98k on it. The Z06 is on the chopping block too come July.

West. Warren Rd between 36 & 37, just east of the river. Just an empty plot of land that we've had for about a year, and not making any progress on.

 

Congratulations, Jeremy! That is a great area, and 6 acres with a shop with a lift is Nirvana.
