I'd say it's a typo. Probably $52,000 not $25,000. Or maybe a salvage title on the car??

EDIT:
On second thought, it may be a scam. Private seller, but photos of the car at a dealership, plus the phone number is a cell phone or unlisted number. Seems strange to me.
