Ok, maybe I am being an ass, but my Lip is 2 weeks late. Is this common? Spugen has been in contact with me, the last e-mail said i should have it this week, but i have not heard. they charged my card twice for the same amount.
I just want the thing put on before the DRAGON.

 

have you contacted them about the double charge?

 

i called but did not get an answer.

 

Lip is in route from Cali. Should be here this weekend. Hopefully it's not Yellow!

I got the lip Saturday, took 4 weeks when told 2. They have not adjusted my payment, they charged me twice. I have notified them of the error. I was hoping for a faster ship, or a discount or at least something free like decals or a shirt or something for making me wait x2...but no chance. The lip looks good, I am still borderline on the customer service. I don't think I will blast Spugen on the site, I will just be honest and let me experience speak for itself.

Would like to throw my 2 cents in about Spugen....

Duc is a very nice guy. When I contacted him about the Airwalker Lip, AEM intake, CF hood, CF Deck Lid, and Exhaust, He was very blunt as to when things should arrive. I do not know why they all were shipped seperately but whatever. My hood came first, It was damaged! Thought i was screwed but he returned fire asap. Sent me another. The Exhaust came next! It was a great fitment, looked good, and sounded good. The hood arrived again, much better! He contacted me about the Lip and told me it was going to be awhile. His paint guy was backed up (this might have been your struggle)> I told him to send it unpainted. The deck lid came in, Fitment was like the hood So so but looks great! The Intake is the only thing that is still in transit.

I give Duc an A in service and in promptness. Intake Should be here, but whatever.. I had plenty of other parts to keep me busy

i am sending the lip back today for a refund. It was ripped from the molding and the top was all bumpy and rough. The paint didnot match, had too much lavender in it (PM DAVID1 or UBETIT, THEY SAW IT) and the fit was going to take some serious sanding with a Dremel. I really wanted this lip on my car, it really disappointed me the shape it was in. Oh well.
