Test Pipe!
Normally, heat shields, etc. rattle at a given rpm, whether accelerating or decelerating. You hear them as you accelerate up through their particular rpm range, and you hear them as you decelerate through their particular rpm range.
The "clutch buzz" typically only occurs when decelerating from 4k to 3k rpm. When decelerating through that range, it sounds like an exhaust heat shield that is about to fall off.

ill work on it!
It was my o2 sensor that kept backing itself out.
I finally just ended up taking mine off, and going back to the cat.
I bought a T1R test pipe and made up a o2 simulator. When it stuck out the side of the heatshield it touched the side of it and rattled at certain RPM's. I ended up just taking the heatshield off and reinstalling all of the bolts making sure i torqued everything down carefully to the OEM specs. No rattling now.
