I just want to say thanks to everyone who participated in the decal program. You all are too generous and didn't have to do what you did - but now i can spend time thinking what mod to do to my S

I'm passing along the appreciation that Mid-Ohio and The IRL have given to us for doing this. They are both extremely pleased with the turn out and how the cars looked.

I especially want to thank everyone who came out today and did the parade lap. I couldn't have never predicted what would have happened, but afterwords, everyone i saw was laughing.....what else could you do. It was definitely a day to remember and I know things will go even better next year.

 

Where's the sign-up thread? I want another chance!

I just couldn't go to bed with the car in that kind of shape. But despite the rain, mud and wet butt, I'd do it all over again in a heartbeat.

For those that want to know what Pete and the rest of us are talking about...here's a clue:



It did this for about 10 minutes....oddly enough the EXACT amount of time we were on the track with our tops down and tonneaus attached.

 

Rain or not, that parade lap rocked!! Thanks for everything, and Ill sign up as soon as you post a thread for next year!

I doused the leather with Lexol as soon as I got home. I left it very wet with the leather conditioner, and don't plan on driving her for a few days, when I'll wipe off what's left.
