Unhappy Timing Chain Tensioner Install

So, mine needs replaced bad. I've had the part for almost a month now and I desperately need to get it in there. I've been shopping around local dealers and so far it's $150+ in labor to do it (2-4hrs they're saying). Is this right? I would love to do it myself but I've never cracked open a F20C and I dont plan on doing it working on/around the timing chain for my first time. So, if anyone's interested i'd pay a decent amount of cash to do it. Helppppppp

2-4 hours if you're blind and have one arm, otherwise it's about 30-45 minutes.

Or you don't want to do the work because you didn't get the part sale...

Its very simple to do, ill try and find a write up somewhere on this site that I swore I saw.

Whats your mileage? Maybe mine needs done soon too. If its that easy, I'd better do it before I put the summer mileage on!
