Generally from Cincinnatti it takes 4-1/2 hours via expressway. Mike's diversion would make it a little over 5hrs. We are on vacation as pointed out in one post and if you saw my response you can see my only concern.

6 1/2 hours? It takes me under 7 to get from Knoxville to Fort Wayne...

Cinti to the airport is about 4 1/2 hours with one stop for gas/food...

My back route took us ~6 hours from Cinti to the tail of the Dragon. Mike's route would be ~5 hours.
