Default wreck

if you see tire skid marks on sawmill->270 East onramp, that'd be me... also the broken up bushes and tire marks in the grass on the side of the road.

i'll post pics later, suffice to say I'm fine and the S is probably going to run me a few grand to repair...

on the plus side, a half dozen people called 911 and i had ambulance/fire/3 cruisers there in about 5 minutes flat. i didn't really need any of it, but it was nice to know they have that good of response time.

it happened today? Darn....sorry to hear this. Yeap, the S gets really twitchy especially in cold rainy day like today.

Glad to hear that you are ok though.

I actually saw you the other night! What the hell happened? Your car was backwards in the ditch, but weather conditions were fairly decent. And it looked like another car was involved.

Hope you can pull her together!

totally my fault, i was passing a slower driver in the left part of the onramp and as i hit the curve i shifted gears and i dunno if it was salt or just the fact that it was cold but i was sideways and flying off the road in a half a second. I slid through the grass for like 200 feet, one wheel hit the base of a thick bush and that wheel is kinda hanging off. So basically, the bumper /panel/wheel /suspension on that part of the car is wrecked, but no other damage. i hit it near the end of the slide, that was what spun me into the ditch and stopped the car. if anyone is over at immke anytime soon you can see the damage in person, I still haven't taken any pictures.

there were no other cars involved nor passengers, so luckily i just hurt my car and noone/nothing else. cept my ego. i'm thinking i need traction control. and a rollbar. and maybe driving lessons. or maybe an evo.

i saw a GPW s2k go by, was wondering if it might have been someone on here not the best way to see a fellow s2ki person.. your S looked a lot cleaner than mine.
