I also wanted a Solstice back in September but dealers who were getting them were turning down bids of $34K+!

Then after looking at used Boxsters, Z3's, Miata's and SLK's, I chose the S.

I've only seen two Solstice's on the road so far, but they get my attention IMMEDIATELY. But after owning a 2003 Cadillac CTS, I know better than to buy a car in its first model year!

 

 

The Solstice GXP will be out this fall, along with Saturn's version of the car called the Sky. The GXP will have 260hp. The engine is the same as the base model with turbo added.

IMO the Sky looks better than the Solstice. Hopefully the top will be easier to operate, but I bet it will be the same.

 

 

i'll never be able to consider saturn a fast car...they might have one, but i will never be able to, esspecially since thats a true girls car.

 

wouldnt drive a saturn either. but that sky looks a lot better than the solstice(same car or not) period. the solstice is crap, unless you get the GXP but then again the price goes up which makes it what about 30-33k? might as well get an S2000, a true track car!
