Has anyone heard of Forged Performance in Troutdale? Talked to Brandon from HP Freaks and he recommended them for tuning. I might try them out soon.

yea buy they're good guys. I hang out there every so often. They mostly mess with turbos. I told one the guys there to join the forums. He's got a 04 gpw with a ti jic exhaust and js intake. Sounds nice. My buddy is getting a motor put on there.

Sure I'll let you guys know if I'm going. Over the last few weeks and Brian can tell you I have been debating about the KW kit. If I was to get the You-tuned KW kit it would cost quite a bit for the kit, installed and all the misc items needed. So now I'm thinking maybe a CTSC or Vortech SC maybe a better idea. With this kit I can buy a nice solid built diff and still have money left over, then purchasing the KW kit.

Doesn't HP Freaks/Torque Freaks tune? I talked to someone at King Motorsports (they're selling the KW kits) and they said HP/Torque Freaks were an excellent option for Oregon folks.

HP Freaks does have tuning capabilities but they aren't tuning right now as they are working on their M3 Production Turbo kits.

You getting impatient waiting for the KW base/high boost no-tuning kits for AP1/2? I am, but those damn dyno charts they put out are amazing.

Why would you upgrade the diff? Why not wait to see if the factory parts hold up?
