So TWICE I've seen this AP1 Spa on I-5 between Portland and Eugene. The first time was around the beginning of January when I was coming back home to Eugene, passed me on I-5 in the left lane as I was exiting for one of the rest stops. The second time was when I was going North on I-5 in Eugene and I saw it going South by me. It's lowered on black aftermarket wheels with a dark tint.
