Beer drinkers unite!
Sense the NW has the most breweries than other place in the world, their has to be some other beer drinkers in this forum. Just list what your drinking, your all time favorites or anything beer related! PS I hope this thread is OK mods.
I'll get it started.
All time favorites so far...it's hard to make a list of just 5.
1. Alaskan Oatmeal Stout
2. Widmer Brothers Dark Saison
3. New Belgium Trippel
4. Deschutes Mirror Pond
5. Widmer KGB Russian Stout
Trying out my first beer glass(Chalice) tonight.

most of my favorites are from Bend
Black Butte Porter (or more preferred Black Butte XXI, XXII and XXIII imperial porters - $13/22oz bottle!) - Deschutes Brewery.
The Stoic - belgian style quad - Deschutes Brewery
Hop Henge Experimental IPA, Hop Trip Fresh Hop IPA and Hop in the Dark Cascadian IPA (aka Dark IPA) - Deschutes Brewery
The Dissident - Deschutes Brewery
The Abyss - Deschutes again...
Red Chair NWPA - Deschutes
Twilight Summer Ale - Deschutes
Can you tell I'm a fan?
Apocalypse IPA and Sinist0r black ale - 10 Barrel Brewing
etc etc etc. I'm spoiled living here. We have Deschutes, 10 Barrel, Bend Brewing, Silvermoon Brewing, Boneyard Brewing, Good Life Brewery, a McMenamins, and many other small breweries in town.
I also enjoy a lot of the ones from Stone, Elysian, there is a new brewery in Redmond called Phat Matt's that have a Red, Golden and IPA which are all quite good.
Ninkasi has several I enjoy, the Double Believer and TriceriHops are both quite tasty.
Dogfish Head brewing is always a good bet, their 90-min IPA is great. I just had their World Wide Stout over the weekend for my birthday (ranges between 15 and 20%!!!)
Widmer Hefe, KGB, etc are all good. Their Drifter IPA is VERY good. The Pitch Black IPA is decent as well.
Franziskaner Hefe comes to mind as a class act as well.
Doug has introduced me to several tremendous beers, though many I can no longer remember the names/breweries....
This is what I received for my birthday from various friends:

Tough to pick my favorites... I would classify myself as a lover of all beers, I can't remember the last beer I met that I didn't like. Pale ales are typically my favorites, with blondes and lagers up there as well. Well, here goes:
Terminal Gravity Pale
Full Sail Pale
Mcmenamins Nebraska
Mcmenamins Copper Moon
Mcmenamins ESB (nitro)
HUB Crosstown Pale (their pretzels are ridiculous as well)
Pyramid Curve Ball
MacTarnahans Amber
Ninkasi Spring Reign
Widmer Okto, Brrr, and Drifter
Pacifico
.... Damn, I'm getting thirsty....

Haven't heard of half of those lol But redchair, twilight, Drifter, Brrr, Oktoberfest(widmer) and total domination IPA are all good
I don't have very many options in my neck of the woods. Mainly Widmer, Full Sail and Deschutes. They're good, but I need a bigger variety.

I know this is the Oregon forum, but if you find yourself in Seattle I highly highly recommend Maritime Pacific in Ballard. Really excellent beer and food as well. For some reason you don't see their stuff on tap as much as I would hope around the area but there are places that do usually have a few, such as the Whiskey Room in downtown (which also has a great whiskey selection)
And Lagunitas IPA is something I am currently hooked on, its usually pretty easy to find at Fred Meyer

What are you guys drinking? I'm drinking some Red Hook Nut Brown...very tasty.
Just bought a couple Widmer beer glasses and a bottle open for my key chain. I've needed a bottle opener for my key chain for WAY to long now and I'm in a beer glass buying mood. Might buy a couple more glasses with my next paycheck
