What company shipped it? Was it shipped via "freight"? Any identifing stickers on the box itself?? I am curious because I work for a freight forwarder and I see damages that bad very rarely....

Take good pics of the hardtop itself and the packaging also. Some claims can be declined due to insuficient packaging, so make sure you have the proof

i have proof, pix and receipts. my buddy wrote down that box had significant damage. the shipping company said they are sending a rep out tommorow to check and pay for damages. the shipping companies name is roadway.

omg, that sucks dood good luck getting them to foot the bill. I've had something like that happen to me, ing fedex basically destroyed a door that was sent to me one time...

lol i didnt even know but i actually had insurance on it so they have to cover it. its only gonna cost them like 6-800 to fix it lol. anyhow i was looking forward to of had it on by sat for the meet but if not oh well.

actually i have a good deal, since there was already 2-3 scratches and dents, the body shop is goin to charge the shipping company enough to cover everything and paint it black for me.
