There's a lot of threads on s2ki about different fluids and the pro's and con's. For normal use (i.e. not tracking the car) I think Honda Manual Transmission fluid works great. I've had no issues.

Diff is something I've yet to do yet, I'm going to be changing it this year but I'm not sure on the brand yet.

I used 75w90 Royal Purple when I did my diff and it worked great. Also MTF for the trans fluid. I love them both. I also think you can also use 75w110 for the diff as well.

For transmission I use Honda MTF.

For the differential I use OS Giken 80W-250, because I have an OS Giken LSD in my built diff. When I had my stock diff I used Amsoil Severe Gear.

honda's new formula mtf is my go-to trans fluid.
Last time I did my diff I used Mobile 75W90 with no issue.

Have read many many posts about this as I am going to have to change mine to just to make sure everything is good since last owner didn't tell me anything.

seems like new honda MTF is the best out there and the mobil 1 is the next in line for our cars.

I'm running Royal Purple in both and can't complain. I should change it out here soon though. It's been a couple years already.
